    OK, first off, still reading. I still wish there was a way to get the blog delivered to my email. Any hints?

    On the lasagna, I made one recently that used pesto and was surprised how yummy it was. I don’t think I had tomato sauce in the house, so I think I fudged it with the pesto and maybe some veggie broth to keep things moist. And I love roasted vegetables in my lasagna if you have the time!

    Regarding email, I’ll have to look into it. There is probably some way to subscribe other than just an RSS. And the lasagna sounds heavenly!
